SECTION 4 - MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE, PRICING, AND SPECIAL FINANCING

Prices for our proprietary garments and haute-couture collections are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Services (or any part or content thereof) without notice.

Corporate Investment Clause: All pricing, financial authorizations, and processing metrics established through institutional or corporate sponsorship—including verbal or written business investments authorized by third-party proxies for the procurement of proprietary digital patterns, CAD files, or technical sample grading—are processed as irreversible corporate commitments once transactions clear our processing gateway.

SECTION 5 - PRODUCTS, CAPSULE DROPS, AND ABSOLUTE FINAL SALE LIMITATIONS

Certain luxury products or custom capsule drops may be available exclusively online through the website. These products have strictly limited quantities and certified production counts.

  • Absolute Final Sale (Pre-Orders): To maintain sustainable manufacturing integrity and prevent inventory excess, all items procured via exclusive pre-order campaigns are designated as FINAL SALE. Once your payment clears, production lines are immediately locked; order cancellations, monetary refunds, or historical modifications are strictly prohibited.

  • Exchanges and Size Alignment Liability: For domestic orders within the United States, size exchanges for the exact same style may be permitted within a strict 7-day buffer from the date of carrier delivery, provided the garment remains completely unworn with all security locks and luxury tags intact. The customer assumes 100% of all financial liabilities for return shipping labels, freight costs, and any associated logistics fees. SOVRA does not issue complimentary return postage. For international deliveries outside of the United States, all sales are unalterably final and size exchanges are not supported.

  • Intellectual Property Block: All digital CAD assets, custom pattern blocks, technical specifications, and sample designs engineered for or by SOVRA remain the absolute, exclusive intellectual property of the brand. Any unauthorized reproduction, copying, or exploitation of these master design files is strictly forbidden.
