SOVRA Exchanges, Sizes & Returns Policy

Every piece in the SOVRA collection is a bespoke creation tailored individually upon order to eliminate waste and maintain haute-couture standards.

  • Pre-Orders: All pre-orders require 100% upfront payment and are FINAL SALE. Once your order is processed, production lines are locked, and cancellations are not permitted.

  • Size Exchanges: Due to the limited, numbers-certified nature of our drops, we do not issue monetary refunds. We accept exchanges for a different size within 7 days of delivery only if the garment is in its original, unworn condition with all security tags attached

  • Return Shipping Costs: All shipping fees, labels, and transport costs required for a size exchange or return are the sole financial responsibility of the customer. 

International Shipping & Custom Duties

SOVRA ships its luxury assets globally from our Los Angeles fulfillment node.

  • Delivery Timelines: International transits typically require 7-10 business days after the production window closes.

  • Import Taxes & Duties Notice: All international shipments are sent DDU (Duties Delivered Unpaid). The recipient is the sole importer of record and is entirely responsible for all local VAT, customs clearance fees, and import taxes levied by their respective European government. SOVRA cannot predict or manipulate these values.

  • At this time, all non-U.S. orders are final sale and not eligible for returns, exchanges or refunds. 

SOVRA Privacy & Data Protection Registry

SOVRA operates under a strict matrix of data sanitization, fully compliant with the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

  • Data Collection: We collect your name, shipping address, and encrypted payment tokens solely to fulfill your haute-couture transaction.

  • Zero Third-Party Spilling: Your private portfolio is held in a total data vacuum. We never sell, lease, or share your data with external marketing syndicates.

  • Your Right to Erasure: At any second, you possess the sovereign right to request a complete wipe of your customer profile from our servers.
