Order Processing & Handling Timeline

Please note that SOVRA operates on an exclusive haute-couture ledger. Every piece in our collection is crafted with meticulous attention to detail. All orders require a strict buffer of 3 to 5 business days for systematic processing, quality validation, and luxury packaging before they are securely handed over to our premium transit partners. Order processing and handling exclude weekends and US federal holidays.

Many of our signature pieces and special capsule selections are made per order or managed via exclusive pre-order campaigns, which may require additional manufacturing windows as detailed directly in the specific item description. If you place an order containing multiple products, please note that assets may arrive in separate shipments depending on production closure timelines.

Domestic & International Transit

  • US Domestic Shipping: We provide complimentary premium shipping on orders within the USA. Standard domestic transit requires 5-7 business days after the handling window.

  • International Shipping: All shipping costs outside of the United States are calculated separately at checkout based on item volume and weight. International transit typically requires 7-10 business days.

Please note that all estimated shipping and delivery dates are approximate. Because transits are handled by third-party luxury carriers, SOVRA cannot guarantee the exact calendar day of arrival, and delivery schedules strictly exclude weekends and public holidays.

Absolute Final Sale & International Returns Shield

Due to the limited, numbers-certified nature of our haute-couture drops, SOVRA does not support or accept returns on international orders shipped outside of the United States. All orders delivered internationally are designated as FINAL SALE and cannot be returned, modified, or refunded. No returns or refunds are provided for custom garments, made-per-order capsule lines, or promotional archive pieces.

Size Exchanges Liability

For domestic orders within the United States, size exchanges for the same style may be permitted within a strict 7-day buffer from the date of delivery, provided the garment remains in its original, unworn condition with all security tags and luxury locks intact. The customer assumes 100% of all financial liabilities for return shipping costs and labels. SOVRA does not issue complimentary return postage. If a product arrives damaged from transit, a replacement asset will be prioritized and shipped upon verification.

European Import Duties, VAT & Customs Taxes Notice

If your delivery address is located outside of the United States (including all European Union territories), you are designated as the sole importer of record. You will be charged all applicable import duties, local VAT, and customs clearance taxes levied by your local customs authority when the parcel enters your sovereign country.

Customs thresholds and tax rates vary completely depending on local government regulations, asset valuation, and country of origin. SOVRA is entirely independent of these administrative metrics and cannot predict your exact duty fees. We are not held liable for any local customs fees, sovereign holding times, unclaimed parcels, or incorrect delivery information provided at checkout.

Important Notice: If you choose to reject the parcel upon arrival at your local customs office to avoid paying import taxes or VAT, the package will be abandoned, and you will not be refunded for your order under any circumstances.

Delivery Address & Carrier Protection

Please double-check your physical shipping address prior to processing payment. Address modifications can only be executed before the tracking number is generated. Once an asset is in transit, information cannot be altered. SOVRA is not responsible for lost packages due to wrongfully entered shipping coordinates. Furthermore, SOVRA is not held liable for any loss, theft, or physical damage that occurs after the carrier officially registers the package as delivered to the designated destination address.
